Today, I want to share with you a health issue that I experienced near the heart area. I'm around 40 years old, and my work involves digital marketing and web design. This means I spend a lot of time sitting in front of the computer, which led to this health problem that I'm about to describe.
It started with back pain. I felt some weakness, perhaps. Along with that, I couldn't sleep properly for two days. After that, chest pain began. These issues often arise from excessive use of computers and AI tools. Additionally, I hadn't been getting enough sunlight, which caused a deficiency of Vitamin D3 in my body.
Gradually, the pain intensified, making it difficult to use my mobile or computer even for 10 minutes. It felt like I might be having a heart attack. My right hand would feel heavy, and the pain would start fully on the left side. I couldn't understand what was happening to me.
At night, I couldn't sleep; even when I tried, I'd feel anxious, wake up suddenly, and not get a full night's rest. Because of this, I visited a general doctor, who prescribed medication for acidity and some painkillers. After taking them for a while, I felt better, but one day, even after eating, the pain returned.
My hands and feet started trembling, I began sweating, and they felt cold. In the midst of this, I also consulted a heart specialist. He gave me sleeping pills along with multivitamin tablets. However, that night, I didn't take the sleeping pill. During this time, I got ECG reports done twice at different intervals, and both came back normal.
The pain would worsen if I thought too much about it. So, I decided to rest a little at a time, avoiding overexertion all at once. To recover, I went to my village. As soon as I arrived and breathed the fresh air there, I underwent a 2D Echo and TMT (Treadmill Test), both of which were normal.
After staying in the village for a few days, I felt much better. The pure air in the village and starting to eat healthier food helped a lot. Once I fully recovered, I returned to the city to resume my work.
